Regulations "Nadole idyll"

Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day.

Curfew: Curfew is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please respect the peace of neighbors and other guests.

Maximum number of guests: The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If you plan to have more guests, please make prior arrangements with the owner.

Use of the loggia and sauna: Children are allowed to use the loggia and sauna only under adult supervision. Please use caution and observe safety rules.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.

Pets: Pets are accepted only by prior arrangement with the owner. Please keep your pets clean and responsible for their behavior.

Cleanliness and orderliness: Please keep your home and property clean and tidy. Segregate waste and place it in the appropriate containers.

Fireplace: use of the fireplace is permitted. Please take special care when using it and do not leave the fire unattended.

Playground: Children are allowed to use the playground only under adult supervision. Please take care of the equipment and follow safety rules.

SUPs: The use of SUP boards is allowed only at your own risk. Please use life jackets and follow water safety rules.

Respect the neighborhood: Please respect the privacy and tranquility of your neighbors. Disorderly conduct may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Responsibility for property: Guests are fully responsible for damage caused to the house and property through their fault. Please inform the owner of any damage.

Utilities and appliances: Please use water, electricity and heating sparingly. Electricity consumption for the sauna is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately based on meter readings. Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.

Departure: Please leave the house in a condition similar to that found upon arrival. Please dispose of trash, wash dishes and report any damage to the owner.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and additional charges for damage caused.
